Our Service Department was established to support after-sales activities and provide servicing and maintenance of equipment supplied by our official partners. Through many years of experience and continuous professional development, we have built extensive technical expertise, enabling us to expand our service offering to equipment from other manufacturers as well as a range of related
service activities.

We provide a comprehensive range of service solutions, including servicing of actuators, control and ball valves, inspection and servicing of safety systems, testing of steam traps and safety valves, as well as equipment diagnostics and fault identification. As part of our service and testing activities, we assess the functionality, condition and efficiency of equipment and, based on the findings, provide expert recommendations for addressing identified issues, optimizing operation and improving system reliability. Testing and calibration of safety valves is carried out in accordance with applicable standards and technical regulations, with the relevant documentation issued upon completion to confirm the valve's condition and settings.

We also provide emergency response and on-site technical support using fully equipped service vehicles. Through our professional approach, availability of spare parts and experience gained across numerous projects, we aim to ensure the reliable and safe operation of equipment, minimize plant downtime and extend the service life of critical systems and equipment.
